## In plain words

- We collect what is needed to run your account and orders, keep the store secure and handle disputes. Optional analytics and marketing stay off until you choose them.
- We do not sell personal information.
- Login details for top-ups and boosts are kept encrypted and removed shortly after delivery.
- Support chat can use an automated assistant, and a person can take over the same conversation.
- From your account you can ask for access, export, correction or deletion of your data.

## Information we collect

### Account and contact information

Username, email address, phone number, password hash, preferred language, saved game profiles and account preferences.

### Order and service information

Products, quantities, game and server details, order status, payment method, proof of payment, support messages, delivery confirmations, reviews, disputes and refund records.

### Game login details

When a top-up or boost needs access to your game account, you give the login details in a protected form on your order page. They are encrypted, used only by the team working on your order, and deleted on the schedule in the retention section.

### Security and device information

IP address received from a trusted proxy, approximate country, browser, operating system, device type, first-party random device identifier, sessions, login attempts and security events.

### Optional analytics and marketing information

Page path, referral source, campaign parameters, checkout errors and interaction events. Optional analytics and marketing processing stays off until you choose it.

### Email marketing (game deals)

If you choose it, we use your email address to send game top-up deals and store news by email, about once a week at most. We only do this after you tick an unticked box or use the sign-up form and then click the confirmation link we email you (double opt-in). Buying from us never signs you up. We keep your email address, the date, the form you used, your language and a hashed copy of your IP address as proof of consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can write to support@thenexus.store. After you unsubscribe we keep only your address on a do-not-mail list so you are not contacted again. Marketing emails are sent through our email marketing service (Hostinger Reach), which receives your email address, language and the date you agreed.

### Country and display currency

Your approximate country is looked up from your IP address on our own server, only to choose the currency prices are shown in and which payment methods are listed first. It is not saved to your account, and it never changes the amount you are charged.

### Fraud checks

To judge the risk of an order or a sign-in, your IP address may also be checked with an IP-intelligence service, and country and network information is kept with session and security records.

### Support conversations

Messages and images you send in support chat, including payment proof, are stored with your order or account. An automated assistant provided by Google can read them to draft replies, and a person can take over the same conversation.

## Why we use information

- Provide orders, boosting, top-ups, tournaments, wallet and support.
- Authenticate users, secure sessions and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Calculate prices, rewards, affiliate attribution and reseller usage.
- Handle disputes, refunds, chargebacks and payment reconciliation.
- Improve reliability and checkout when optional analytics is accepted.
- Meet accounting, legal and platform obligations.

## Cookies and consent

Essential cookies are used for secure login, session protection, fraud prevention and saved consent choices. Analytics, personalization and marketing are optional. You can choose “Essential only,” accept optional categories, or change preferences from your account privacy panel.

If Google advertising is enabled, Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure and limit ads. Depending on your region and consent choice, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized. You can change optional consent from the site’s cookie controls.

Advertising scripts are not loaded until the required advertising/marketing consent state is recorded. Local development mode never loads advertising scripts.

## Advertising (Google AdSense)

Pages of this site may show ads served by Google. Ad code is never loaded on checkout, order, payment or account pages. Until you make a choice in the cookie controls, and whenever you choose "Essential only", Google is told that ad cookies and personalized ads are not allowed, so only non-personalized ads can be shown.

- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting [Google Ads Settings](https://www.google.com/settings/ads). You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at [www.aboutads.info/choices](https://www.aboutads.info/choices).
- Learn [how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services](https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites) and read [Google's business data responsibility](https://business.safety.google/privacy/) information.

No other advertising network is used. Personalized ads are used only after you allow both marketing and personalization in the cookie controls. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before any personalized advertising is used.

## Service providers and transfers

Information may be shared only as needed with hosting, email, payment, fraud-prevention, support and analytics providers configured by The Nexus. Providers receive the minimum data needed for their task and are subject to their own terms and security controls. We do not sell personal information.

Which providers see your data depends on what you use. Payment providers handle the payment method you choose (for example crypto, card, Skrill, Payoneer or local wallet providers). Our email provider sends order and account emails. Cloudflare protects and delivers the site. Google provides sign-in, advertising and the support assistant. Discord is used if you link it for roles and sign-in.

## Retention

- Optional analytics events: normally up to 90 days.
- Security events: normally up to 365 days.
- Expired or revoked session records: normally removed after 90 days.
- Orders, wallet ledgers, refunds and payment records: retained as needed for service, disputes, accounting and legal obligations.
- Game login details for top-ups and boosts: removed shortly after delivery, and in any case no later than 30 days after the order was created.
- One-time codes you send: short-lived and cleared when the work finishes.
- Account details of an account you bought stay on your order page, because they are the product.
- The seller’s stored copy of a sold account’s login: removed shortly after the sale is recorded.
- Data export files you request: available to download for 7 days.

Retention may be extended where a dispute, chargeback, security investigation or legal obligation is active.

## Security

The Nexus uses secure HttpOnly cookies, role-based access, input validation, encryption for sensitive service values, audit logs, rate limits, upload re-encoding and database transactions. No internet service is risk-free, so report suspected issues promptly.

## Your choices and requests

From your account you can review sessions, revoke other devices, change optional consent and submit access, correction, export or deletion requests. Some records may be retained where required for fraud, accounting, disputes or legal compliance.

Requests are handled by our team. A deletion request anonymises your account after review. It cannot be completed while there is a wallet balance, an open order or dispute, an open chargeback case, a pending partner balance or payout, or a legal hold.

## Contact

For privacy or security questions email support@thenexus.store and include “Privacy Request” in the subject. We may verify account ownership before processing a request.
