Questions about this product
Will this Razer Gold card work on my account?
Only if your Razer Gold account is set to Malaysia. Cards are region-locked by Razer Gold; a card from another region will be rejected when you redeem it.
How do I receive the code?
After your payment is confirmed, our supplier sends the code automatically and it appears on your private order page. We also email you if you left an email address.
Can I get a refund if I bought the wrong one?
A valid code or a top-up delivered to the details you entered cannot be refunded, which is why the region and ID are shown before you pay. If a code is invalid when delivered, open support from your order page; see the refund policy for the full rules.
Where do I follow my order?
Every order has its own private page with its status. You can reopen it any time with your order code, and support is available from that page.
