Questions about this product
Will this Twitch card work on my account?
Only if your Twitch account is set to . Cards are region-locked by Twitch; a card from another region will be rejected when you redeem it.
How do I receive the code?
After your payment is confirmed, the code is added to your private order page, which shows each step until it is there.
Can I get a refund if I bought the wrong one?
A valid code or a top-up delivered to the details you entered cannot be refunded, which is why the region and ID are shown before you pay. If a code is invalid when delivered, open support from your order page; see the refund policy for the full rules.
Where do I follow my order?
Every order has its own private page with its status. You can reopen it any time with your order code, and support is available from that page.
