How to redeem your App Store & iTunes code
- After payment is confirmed, open your order page; the code appears there.
- On iPhone or iPad, open the App Store and tap your profile picture at the top.
- Tap "Redeem Gift Card or Code", then "Enter Code Manually".
- Type the code from your order page and tap Redeem. The balance is added to your Apple Account.

Only if your App Store & iTunes account is set to Germany. Cards are region-locked by App Store & iTunes; a card from another region will be rejected when you redeem it.
How do I receive the code?
After your payment is confirmed, our supplier sends the code automatically and it appears on your private order page. We also email you if you left an email address.
Can I get a refund if I bought the wrong one?
A valid code or a top-up delivered to the details you entered cannot be refunded, which is why the region and ID are shown before you pay. If a code is invalid when delivered, open support from your order page; see the refund policy for the full rules.
