How to redeem your VALORANT code

Only if your VALORANT account is set to Singapore. Cards are region-locked by VALORANT; a card from another region will be rejected when you redeem it.

How do I receive the code?

After your payment is confirmed, our supplier sends the code automatically and it appears on your private order page. We also email you if you left an email address.

Can I get a refund if I bought the wrong one?
