This card works only on a Fortnite account set to Europe. It cannot be redeemed on an account from another country, and a valid code that has been delivered cannot be refunded, so check your account region before you buy.
How to redeem your Fortnite code
- After payment is confirmed, open your order page; the code appears there.
- Go to fortnite.com/vbuckscard and sign in with your Epic Games account.
- Enter the code from your order page.
- Confirm. The V-Bucks are added to your Epic Games account.

Will this Fortnite card work on my account?
Only if your Fortnite account is set to Europe. Cards are region-locked by Fortnite; a card from another region will be rejected when you redeem it.
How do I receive the code?
After your payment is confirmed, our supplier sends the code automatically and it appears on your private order page. We also email you if you left an email address.
Can I get a refund if I bought the wrong one?
A valid code or a top-up delivered to the details you entered cannot be refunded, which is why the region and ID are shown before you pay. If a code is invalid when delivered, open support from your order page; see the refund policy for the full rules.
Where do I follow my order?
