This card works only on a Battle.net account set to Europe. It cannot be redeemed on an account from another country, and a valid code that has been delivered cannot be refunded, so check your account region before you buy.
How to redeem your Battle.net code
- After payment is confirmed, open your order page; the code appears there.
- Open the Battle.net app and sign in.
- Click your account name and choose "Redeem Code".
- Enter the code from your order page. The balance is added to your Battle.net account.

Will this Battle.net card work on my account?
Only if your Battle.net account is set to Europe. Cards are region-locked by Battle.net; a card from another region will be rejected when you redeem it.
How do I receive the code?
After your payment is confirmed, our supplier sends the code automatically and it appears on your private order page. We also email you if you left an email address.
Can I get a refund if I bought the wrong one?
A valid code or a top-up delivered to the details you entered cannot be refunded, which is why the region and ID are shown before you pay. If a code is invalid when delivered, open support from your order page; see the refund policy for the full rules.
Where do I follow my order?
Every order has its own private page with its status. You can reopen it any time with your order code, and support is available from that page.
