This card works only on a Xbox account set to Europe, Germany. It cannot be redeemed on an account from another country, and a valid code that has been delivered cannot be refunded, so check your account region before you buy.
How to redeem your Xbox code
- After payment is confirmed, open your order page; the code appears there.
- Go to redeem.microsoft.com and sign in with the Microsoft account you play on, or open the Store on your Xbox and choose "Redeem".
- Enter the 25-character code from your order page.
- Confirm. The balance or subscription is added to that Microsoft account.

Will this Xbox card work on my account?
Only if your Xbox account is set to Europe, Germany. Cards are region-locked by Xbox; a card from another region will be rejected when you redeem it.
How do I receive the code?
After your payment is confirmed, the code is added to your private order page, which shows each step until it is there.
Can I get a refund if I bought the wrong one?
