Three common mistakes

1. Buying it by default when the enemy team shows none of these problems: Enemy shields
2. Building it outside the lanes where reviewed builds use it: Support
3. Buying ability power on a champion whose damage comes from basic attacks.

Counts come from the reviewed champion builds in the Rift Lab. The three mistakes are Nexus editorial guidance chosen by what this item's data shows, not a statistic.
