What we ask for after payment
After you pay, your order page asks for your Riot account username and password, the server your account is on now, and an optional contact email. The login is stored encrypted, only authorised staff can open it (every opening is logged), and it is deleted after the order is finished. Change your password when the service ends.

Questions about the Turkey region change
What is a region of residence, and is it the same as my server?
Your region of residence is the country or area Riot has on file for your account. Riot uses it for things like payment options and the currency you pay in. Your server is where you play. This service changes the region of residence so you can top up at Turkey prices; the account is meant to stay on its current server, and you keep playing with your friends. Riot's own systems have the final say.
Why switch my account region to Turkey?
Top-up packs are priced per region, and the Turkey prices can be lower than other regions' prices for the same pack. Compare the pack you want before you order, because the service itself is a separate payment.
Is the result promised?
No. Riot checks whether your account is eligible and makes the final decision, and its rules can change. We cannot promise the result or the exact timing. We try the change from day 7; if that attempt does not go through, it is retried and completes by day 14, so the expected time is 7 to 14 days.
What do you need from me?
After payment we ask for your Riot username, password and the server your account is on now. We store the login encrypted, only authorised staff can open it, every opening is logged, and it is deleted after the order ends. You change your password afterwards.
Can I play on the account during the process?
No. Do not open or log in to the account during the process. If the account is opened within the 14 days, the timer restarts from zero.
Can I change my region through Riot myself?
Possibly. Riot has a help page where you log in to see whether your account is eligible for a region of residence change, and a support ticket for further help: Changing Your Region of Residence for Your Riot Account. If Riot offers you the change, that route means you do not share your login with anyone. Our guide explains both routes step by step.
I also play 2XKO. Is anything different?
Riot warns that using its region tool may reset a 2XKO account and remove its progress. If you play 2XKO, contact Riot support before any region change on an account that has 2XKO on it.
