The rules, plainly
- Rates are set per partner
- Your commission and any buyer discount are set per partner after approval, and shown on your dashboard.
- Paid orders only
- Commission counts when an order is paid and delivered. It becomes payable after a hold, 7 days by default, so refunds can settle first. A refund cancels the commission.
- Some products earn nothing
- Game currencies and Wild Cores carry thin margins and earn no commission. On other products the commission is limited by the real margin of the order.
- No self-referrals
- Orders you place yourself through your own link do not count.
- Who can apply
- A The Nexus account with a permanent email that is at least 24 hours old or has a paid order. One partner program per account.
Questions partners ask
How much commission will I earn?
There is no fixed public rate. The team sets your commission, and any buyer discount on your code, after approval. Both show on your partner dashboard.
When can I withdraw what I earned?
Commission becomes payable after the order is delivered and the hold has passed (7 days by default). You request a payout from your dashboard and the team sends it to your Nexus wallet balance, a bank transfer (USD or EUR to a European bank account, or to an Egyptian bank account) or crypto.
Which orders do not count?
Unpaid, undelivered or refunded orders, orders you place yourself through your own link, and game currencies and Wild Cores, which earn no commission. If an order is refunded after you were paid, it is taken from your next payout.
Can I join more than one program?
No. Each account holds one partner program. Pick the one that matches how you work.
What happens if I am not approved?
You see the reason on your partner dashboard and can apply again after 14 days.
What happens when a reseller order fails?
The full amount returns to your reseller balance, once, and the order shows failed. Some products are delivered by a person, so they are not instant; the price list marks them as manual. You can open a ticket from your dashboard for any order.
Is reseller API access switched on automatically?
No. The team approves API access by hand, separately and after your reseller account. Until then you can still see the catalogue and your orders on the dashboard.
