Who we are and what these terms cover
The Nexus (thenexus.store) sells game top-ups, gift cards and codes, game accounts, rank boosting and related services. It also runs tournaments, a wallet and a rewards programme.
These terms work together with the Refund Policy, the Delivery Policy and the Privacy Policy. If your order shows a specific written term for that order, that term applies to that order.
The Nexus is an independent store. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any game publisher or platform. Game names and logos belong to their owners.
Eligibility, age and your account
You must give accurate information, keep your login private and be old enough to make a purchase contract where you live. Where local law requires a parent or guardian to agree to your purchase, you must have that agreement before you order.
Some products have extra age rules. For Robux, a player aged 16 or older needs a completed Age Check on the Roblox account, and a player under 16 needs parental controls turned on and a parent who accepts the delivery.
One person must not create several accounts to get around limits, rewards or enforcement.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell support quickly if you think someone else is using it.
Orders, prices and payment
Jangan hantar pembayaran dua kali.
Payment methods differ by country and product, and checkout shows the ones available to you. Some methods, such as Vodafone Cash and InstaPay, need you to upload a receipt that our team checks by hand. Others are confirmed automatically by the payment provider.
An order that is not paid within its payment window is cancelled automatically. The window is normally one hour, and for some manual methods you can ask for a longer one when you create the order. If a payment arrives after an order has expired, our team reviews it and either recovers the order or refunds the payment.
Masa penghantaran adalah anggaran, bukan tarikh akhir yang dijamin, melainkan jaminan bertulis khusus dipaparkan pada pesanan.
Game accounts, top-ups and boosting: your part
You confirm that you are allowed to use any game account you submit, and that the region, server, ID and login information you give are correct.
When a top-up or boost needs access to your account, do not log in, change the password or use the account while our team is working on it unless support asks you to. Share one-time codes only through the protected form on your order page.
Never write a password in a chat message. Your order page asks for the details it needs in a protected form.
Game publishers may restrict account sharing, boosting, real-money trading or top-up methods. Boosting is never risk-free. You are responsible for reviewing the applicable game rules before ordering, and The Nexus cannot promise that a publisher will not act against an account.
Selling your account to us
Accounts are submitted through the secure selling form linked from the Sell Your Account page. Our team reviews each submission, checks that the account is yours and agrees a price with you. A submission can be approved, sent back for changes or rejected.
You confirm that the account is yours to sell and that what you tell us about it is true. After you hand it over you must not use it or try to recover it.
When the buyer’s order is complete, your payout is created and held for 7 days, then paid by our team by hand. If the buyer’s order is cancelled or refunded first, the payout is cancelled.
Once the account is sold we remove our stored copy of your login details shortly after the sale is recorded. We keep the sale record: who sold, for how much and what was included.
Wallet, store credit and rewards
A wallet balance can be spent in the store. It cannot be withdrawn as cash. Where the wallet transfer feature is available it can be sent to another Nexus account.
Points are added to your account when an eligible order is completed. The rules for redeeming a reward, such as a verified email, account age and cooldowns, are shown before you redeem. We may change the rewards catalogue. A redemption we reject returns your points.
If an order is refunded, the related cashback, points and partner commission are reversed in proportion. If you have already spent them, the shortfall is recorded against your account.
Rewards abuse, such as several accounts, shared devices or fake activity, can lead to rewards being removed and the account being suspended.
Turnamen
Peserta mesti mematuhi peraturan turnamen, tempoh check-in, sekatan roster dan keperluan bukti. Pentadbir boleh menyelesaikan pertikaian, menjadualkan semula perlawanan, mendiskualifikasi peserta atau membetulkan bracket demi mengekalkan integriti pertandingan. Bukti yang diserahkan mestilah tulen dan relevan.
Each tournament shows its own rules and prize details on its page. Under-age players need guardian consent where local law requires it.
Creators, affiliates and resellers
Partners must not misrepresent prices, create fake conversions, bid on protected brand terms without approval, send spam or use self-referrals.
A commission stays pending until the related order is paid, becomes payable after a holding period, and is reversed if the order is refunded or cancelled before it has been paid out.
Prohibited conduct
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If something is wrong with a payment or an order, please talk to us first in your order’s support chat. We would rather solve it with you directly.
If a payment is reversed or disputed with your bank or payment provider, we treat it as a payment incident. The order is put under review, related rewards and commissions can be reversed, and the case is recorded on your account. We may share order and delivery records with the provider to answer the dispute.
Repeated or unjustified chargebacks raise your account’s risk level and can lead to extra checks, refused orders or suspension. While a chargeback case is open, an account cannot be deleted.
Suspension and enforcement
The Nexus may pause, hold for review or refuse a transaction, and may suspend an account, where security, legal, payment or game-rule concerns exist. Orders can be sent to manual review automatically when several risk signals appear together.
A suspended account cannot sign in, redeem rewards or send wallet transfers.
Support and communication
You can reach us through Live Support on the site, which starts with an automated assistant and can hand over to a person in the same conversation, through your order’s support chat, by email at support@thenexus.store, or on WhatsApp. We do not publish fixed response times.
We send order and account emails to the address on your account or order.
Changes and responsibility
Services may change as games, payment providers and laws change. When we update these terms, the date at the top of this page changes. Using the store after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order to the extent allowed by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
